Delivery and Returns Policy

We offer free shipping for all orders placed on Vihvar, regardless of the amount or destination within Europe. No hidden fees or minimum purchase is required to benefit from free shipping.

1.2 Delivery Zones

We deliver to all countries within the European Union. If you reside outside the EU and wish to order from our shop, please contact our customer service at contact@vihvar.com to learn about specific shipping conditions.

1.3 Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the type of product ordered. Generally, orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days after receipt of your bank transfer. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your package has been shipped.

Estimated delivery times are 24 to 48 hours.

1.4 Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing the tracking number and carrier information. You can track your package online at any time.

1.5 Delivery Problems

If you do not receive your order within the specified timeframe or if you encounter any problems with delivery, please contact us immediately at  contact@vihvar.com. We will work with our logistics partner to locate your package or resolve any delivery-related issues.

  2-Returns and Refunds

At VihVar, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it according to the conditions below.

2.1 Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the receipt of your order to return a product without having to provide a reason. This right applies to all items, except for personalized or custom-made products.

2.2 Return Conditions :

To be eligible for a return, the items must meet the following criteria:

  • Product Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, undamaged, with its labels and in its original packaging.

  • Return Period: The return must be made within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to withdraw.

Products that do not meet these criteria may be refused or subject to a reduction in the refunded amount.

2.3 Return Process :

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, send an email to contact@vihvar.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Prepare Your Package: Place the product in its original packaging with all accessories and documents. Be sure to protect the package to prevent any damage during transport.

  3. Return Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or non-compliant. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.

  4. Return the Product: Send the package to the return address that will be communicated to you by our customer service.

2.4 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued within 10 business days via bank transfer. You will need to provide your bank details (IBAN and BIC) to facilitate the refund.

We will refund the total amount of your order, including the initial free shipping. However, the return shipping costs remain your responsibility, except in the case of a defective or non-compliant product.

2.5 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@vihvar.com. We will provide you with instructions for returning the product and arrange for a refund or replacement. In this case, Vihvar will cover the return shipping costs.

     Exceptions

Certain product categories cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Sealed products (hygiene, beauty, etc.) that have been opened after delivery, except in cases of defect or non-compliance.
